Delivery Methods:
 

  • Standard Delivery: Expected within 1 to 3 working days.

  • Priority Delivery: Enjoy same-day delivery at your preferred time for a fee.


Delivery Timeframes:
 

  • Malta: Standard deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Opting for priority delivery ensures your order reaches you within 24 hours.

  • Gozo: Deliveries to Gozo may require up to 7 working days for standard delivery. However, we offer priority delivery options for Gozo, typically arriving within 1-2 days, for which a fee applies.


Delivery Costs:

 

Standard Delivery Fees:

  • Malta: Standard delivery incurs a 5 euro fee for orders below 25 euros. Order over 25 euros are FREE.

  • Gozo: Standard deliveries have a 5 euro standard fee.
     

Priority Delivery Fees:

  • Malta: The convenience of same-day delivery in Malta is available for a fee of 5 euros.

  • Gozo: The priority delivery fee is 15 euros. 


Delivery Addresses:

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses during the purchase process. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information.


Delivery Attempts:

We will contact you to confirm the suitability of the delivery date before dispatching your order. Additionally, customers have the option to pick up their orders from our store location.


Order Processing Time:

For deliveries to Gozo, processing may take up to 7 working days. Within Malta, orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.


Returns and Exchanges:

For details regarding the return or exchange of products purchased from ELYTE, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.


Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any failure or delay in meeting our obligations under these Delivery Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return policy


At Elyte, our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our return policy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Customers are required to return items in their original condition and packaging to prevent damage during transit. We retain the right to withhold refunds for damaged or used items, with certain sealed goods, like headphones and personal hygiene products, excluded from returns due to health and hygiene considerations. In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange replacements or repairs at no additional cost. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and made within 14 days of discovery, with claims presented at our Mosta store. While we endeavor to provide swift assistance, we cannot be held liable for losses or incidental damages incurred during returns or repairs.
