Condition of Returned Items

We kindly request that all items be returned to us in the same condition as they were upon delivery. Please ensure that all returned items are accompanied by their original packaging or an appropriate substitute to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged or Used Items

We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if returned items show signs of damage or use. Additionally, for health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed goods such as headphones, watch straps, and other similar products cannot be returned.


Refund/Replacement of Faulty Items


In the unlikely event that you receive goods that do not match your order, we will rectify any shortages or discrepancies promptly. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect quantities of a product, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. The decision to repair or replace the item is at our discretion. If deemed necessary, a full refund will be issued. Replacements for warranted items may be new or like-new, meeting or exceeding the specifications of the original product.

Warranty Coverage
Products purchased through our website are covered by relevant manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase or delivery. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase, including the accompanying invoice, for warranty claims. Please note that accidents, misuse, or negligence may void warranty coverage.

Claims Process
Kindly report any defects within two (15) days of discovery. Warranty claims must be presented at our Elyte store within 15 days of discovery. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in the refusal of exchange or repair charges, in accordance with statutory rights which remain valid for two (2) years.

Losses and Incidental Damages
We cannot be held liable for any losses or incidental damages incurred during the return or repair process.
